Yes. Unopened fixtures can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you’ve opened the packaging but haven’t installed the fixture and it’s in like-new condition, we can still process a return—contact us first so we can guide you through the process and ensure everything qualifies.

We don’t provide direct installation services, but we can help you find a qualified electrician in your area. All of our chandeliers, pendants, and sconces include detailed installation instructions, and our team is available to answer technical questions before or during your installation.

A good starting point is to add the room’s length and width (in feet), then convert that total to inches—that’s a recommended chandelier diameter. For example, a 12×14 room suggests a 26-inch fixture. Hang the chandelier 30–36 inches above the table surface for optimal proportion and light distribution.

Most of our fixtures support dimmable bulbs, but compatibility depends on the bulb type and your specific dimmer switch. We recommend LED-compatible dimmers for the smoothest performance.
